Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. The kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator and lubricator duo combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, both with 6 oz. metal bowls. The system is designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 250 psi with an operating range of 5-125 psi and a temperature range of 40°F to 160°F. Key features include an insert interlocking design for simple installation, the ability to connect or disconnect units with a screwdriver, and regulator mounting options that can be configured both up or down, as well as side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Additionally, the unique design allows for installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, and special optional diverter blocks provide air supply to secondary locations. The system is engineered for use with standard-sized pipe nipples and permits unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
