Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight format. This kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination featuring end ports that facilitate easy removal of all components. It comes equipped with an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator are fitted with 6 oz. metal bowls, ensuring durability and reliability. The system can handle a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and is designed to function effectively within a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. The unique modular design allows for simple installation and removal without disturbing existing piping, with regulator mounting options that can be configured for side, top, individual, or custom arrangements. The special optional diverter blocks enable air supply to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
