Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. The insert interlocking feature simplifies installation in any location, allowing for installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. The regulator can be mounted either up or down, and the unique design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through a three-position tamper-resistant knob, ensuring ease of use. These units are engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples and can be equipped with special optional diverter blocks for supplying air to secondary locations, offering unlimited adaptation for air preparation systems. The kit includes a 3/8" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, a filter with a manual drain to remove particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator feature 5 oz. poly bowls with guards and operate within a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and a working range of 5-125 PSI, with a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
