Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, featuring a 3/8" modular filter/regulator and lubricator duo combination with end ports that allow for easy removal of all components. The kit includes a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, as well as an air control regulator with a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator are equipped with 5 oz. poly bowls with guards, and the system has a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI. Additionally, it operates effectively in a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. The unique design allows for side, top, individual, and custom mounting, and regulator mounting can be either up or down, while the insert interlocking feature facilitates simple installation in any location without disturbing existing piping. Adjustments to the regulator and lubricator are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the design permits use with standard size pipe nipples. Special optional diverter blocks are also available to supply air to secondary locations, enabling unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
