Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for unit connections or disconnections. The interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, and the unique design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are facilitated through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples. Special optional diverter blocks provide air supply to secondary locations, ensuring unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The kit includes a 1/2" filter/regulator/lubricator combination, with a filter featuring a manual drain for the removal of particulates, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator is equipped with a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator, while the filter and lubricator are fitted with 5 oz. poly bowls complete with guards. The system has a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI, with a temperature tolerance between 40°F and 150°F.
