Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connecting or disconnecting units. The insert interlocking feature facilitates simple installation in any location, allowing for installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, and the unique design enables side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered to work with standard size pipe nipples. The combination kit includes a 1/4" filter/regulator and lubricator duo, featuring a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain that removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. It also includes an air control regulator with a gauge and Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, with both the filter and lubricator equipped with 5 oz. poly bowls with guards. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and has an operating range of 5-125 PSI, with a temperature tolerance between 40°F and 150°F.
