Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connecting or disconnecting units. The insert interlocking feature facilitates simple installation in any location, allowing installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, and the unique design accommodates side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the units are engineered for use with standard size pipe nipples. The kit includes a 3/8" filter/regulator and lubricator duo combination, which consists of a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain for particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water removal down to 40 microns. The package also features an air control regulator with gauge and Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, complete with 5 oz. poly bowls that have guards. The system operates with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and it functions effectively within a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
