Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. The insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, while the unique design accommodates side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered for use with standard size pipe nipples. Optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, providing unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The kit includes a 3/8" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter with manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator feature 6 oz. metal bowls, with a maximum pressure of 250 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI, suitable for temperatures between 40°F and 150°F.
