Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for the connection or disconnection of units. The insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location without disturbing existing piping, with the option for regulator mounting to be either up or down. The unique design accommodates side, top, individual, and custom mounting configurations. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered to permit use with standard size pipe nipples. This modular combination includes a 3/8" filter/regulator/lubricator with end ports that facilitate easy removal of all components. It features an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter with manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator come with 6 oz. metal bowls and the system operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
