Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs are designed for high performance and flexibility, featuring a compact and lightweight design that facilitates easy connection or disconnection using only a screwdriver. The interlocking insert feature enables straightforward installation in various locations without disturbing existing piping, and the regulator can be mounted either up or down. This unique design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting configurations. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are accessible through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples. The kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for convenient removal of all components. It features an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter with a manual drain that effectively removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator is equipped with a gauge, and the Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator is included, both featuring 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
