Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. A screwdriver is the only tool needed to connect or disconnect units, while the insert interlocking feature enables simple installation in any location. These units can be installed or removed from one plane without disturbing existing piping, and regulator mounting can be positioned either up or down. The unique design allows for side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. Each kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components. It comes with an OSHA lockout slide valve and a filter that includes a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator is equipped with a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator each feature 6 oz. metal bowls, a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
