Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight package. The kit includes a 3/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports that facilitate easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, and a filter with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator features a gauge, and the Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator is equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls for both the filter and lubricator. The unit operates with a maximum pressure of 250 PSI and has an operating range of 5-125 PSI, with a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. The unique design allows for versatile mounting options, including side, top, individual, and custom arrangements, and regulator mounting can be configured either up or down. All adjustments for the regulator and lubricator are made through three position, tamper resistant knobs. The system is engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples and allows for unlimited adaptation to various air preparation systems.
