Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. A screwdriver is the only tool needed to connect or disconnect units, and the insert interlocking feature enables simple installation in various locations without disturbing existing piping. The installation or removal can be performed from one plane, with regulator mounting options available both up and down. The innovative design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting, while regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three position, tamper-resistant knobs. Engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples, the system also offers optional diverter blocks for supplying air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports, facilitating easy removal of all components. It features an OSHA lockout slide valve, a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain for removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water to 40 microns. The air control regulator comes with a gauge and Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, while both the filter and lubricator include 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates with a maximum pressure of 250 PSI and a range of 5-125 PSI, suitable for temperatures between 40°F and 150°F.
