Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connecting or disconnecting units. The insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be adjusted to either the up or down position, while the unique design accommodates side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Adjustments to the regulator and lubricator are facilitated through three position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered to accommodate standard size pipe nipples. Optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. This kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, and a filter with a manual drain that removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. It features an air control regulator with a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, with both the filter and lubricator equipped with 5 oz. poly bowls and guards. The system has a maximum pressure of 150 PSI, an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and a temperature range of 40°F-150°F.
