Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connecting or disconnecting units. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports that facilitate easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with a gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator come equipped with 5 oz. poly bowls with guards, and the system operates at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI with a range of 5-125 PSI. The temperature range for operation is between 40°F and 150°F. The design features an insert interlocking mechanism for simple installation in any location, allowing for installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, with regulator mounting options available for either upward or downward positioning. The unique design permits side, top, individual, and custom mounting, while adjustments for the regulator and lubricator are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. Additionally, special optional diverter blocks can supply air to secondary locations, enabling unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
