Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. The kit includes a 3/8" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, and a filter with a manual drain designed to remove particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. Additionally, the air control regulator features a gauge and is accompanied by an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator both include 5 oz. poly bowls with guards, with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI. The system is designed to function efficiently within a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. Installation or removal can be accomplished without disturbing existing piping, and the unique design allows for multiple mounting options, including side, top, individual, and custom arrangements. Optional diverter blocks are also available to supply air to secondary locations, ensuring unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
