Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs are designed for high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight structure. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination featuring end ports for easy removal of all components. It comprises a filter with a manual drain that effectively removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with a gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator are equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls, and the system operates at a maximum pressure of 200 PSI with an adjustable range between 5-125 PSI. The temperature range for operation is 40°F to 150°F. Additional features include a unique design that allows for side, top, individual, and custom mounting, with installation and removal possible from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be oriented either up or down, and the three-position tamper-resistant knob facilitates regulator and lubricator adjustments. Special optional diverter blocks are available for supplying air to secondary locations, enabling unlimited adaptation for air preparation systems.
