Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's provide high performance and flexibility within a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for unit connections or disconnections. The insert interlocking feature facilitates simple installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from a single plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting options include either upward or downward positions, while the unique design accommodates side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are easily made via three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. This kit includes a 3/8" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy component removal, an OSHA lockout slide valve, and a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain to remove particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. Included air control regulator features a gauge, and the Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator has 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates with a maximum pressure of 250 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI, with a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
