Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. The kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain designed for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator feature 6 oz. metal bowls and operate at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with a range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range from 40°F to 150°F. The unique design allows installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, with regulator mounting options that can be configured either up or down. Three-position, tamper-resistant knobs facilitate regulator and lubricator adjustments, while special optional diverter blocks enable air supply to secondary locations, providing unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
