Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility within a compact, lightweight structure. The kit includes a 1/4" filter/regulator/lubricator combination that features a filter with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. It is equipped with an air control regulator that has a gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, alongside filter and lubricator which both have 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates under a maximum pressure of 250 psi and an operating range of 5-125 psi, with temperature capabilities from 40°F to 150°F. A screwdriver is the only tool necessary for connecting or disconnecting units, and its insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location. The design permits installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, with regulator mounting options being either up or down. Additionally, the unique design enables side, top, individual, and custom mounting, while regulator and lubricator adjustments are accessible through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. It is engineered to accommodate standard size pipe nipples, and special optional diverter blocks allow for air distribution to secondary locations, resulting in unlimited adaptability to air preparation systems.
