Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, with simple installation and removal using only a screwdriver, thanks to the insert interlocking feature that allows for installation in any location without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, with options for side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulators and lubricators feature three-position, tamper-resistant knobs for adjustments, and the design accommodates standard size pipe nipples. The kit includes a 1/4" filter/regulator/lubricator combination with a filter that offers manual drainage for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 micron. The air control regulator comes with a gauge and Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator, while the filter and lubricator are equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F-150°F. Special optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
