Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight structure, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. This system features an insert interlocking mechanism that allows for easy installation at any location, enabling installation or removal from a single plane without disturbing existing piping. The regulator can be mounted either up or down, and the design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Adjustments for the regulator and lubricator are made through a three-position tamper-resistant knob. The units accommodate standard size pipe nipples and offer special optional diverter blocks for supplying air to secondary locations, providing unlimited adaptability for air preparation systems. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy component removal. It features a filter with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with a gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator come equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls that have sight glasses. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 200 PSI, within a range of 5-125 PSI, and operates effectively in temperatures from 40°F to 150°F.
