Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. The insert interlocking feature facilitates easy installation in various locations, allowing for installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, with regulator mounting options that can be positioned either up or down. The unique design permits side, top, individual, and custom mounting, while regulator and lubricator adjustments can be made through a three-position tamper-resistant knob. These units are designed for use with standard size pipe nipples and feature optional diverter blocks for supplying air to secondary locations, allowing unlimited adaptation for air preparation systems. The kit includes a 3/8" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, a filter with a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, with filter and lubricator equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls. The units operate at a maximum pressure of 200 PSI, with a range of 5-125 PSI and an operating temperature of 40°F-150°F.
