Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connecting or disconnecting units. The insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation at any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. The regulator can be mounted either up or down, and the unique design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments utilize three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered to accommodate standard size pipe nipples. Special optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components. It features a filter with a manual drain designed to remove particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water to 40 microns, an air control regulator with a gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics ultra fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator are equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls, with a maximum pressure of 250 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI, suitable for ambient temperatures between 40°F and 160°F.
