Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs provide high performance and flexibility with a compact, lightweight design. These units require only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection, and feature an insert interlocking design for easy installation in any location. Installation or removal can occur from one plane without affecting existing piping, and regulator mounting can be configured either up or down. The design allows for side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are facilitated through a three-position tamper-resistant knob, and these units are compatible with standard size pipe nipples. Optional diverter blocks are available for supplying air to secondary locations, providing unlimited customization for air preparation systems. This kit includes a 3/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components. It features a filter with a manual drain that effectively removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator includes a gauge, and the Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator is equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls that have a sight glass. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F to 160°F.
