Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility within a compact, lightweight framework. The kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination featuring end ports that facilitate the easy removal of all components. It comes with an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter equipped with a manual drain that effectively removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, an air control regulator with gauge, and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator are fitted with 5 oz. poly bowls, complete with guards. The system can operate at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and is effective in a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. The modular design allows for easy installation or removal without disturbing existing piping, while the unique features support side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments can be made using three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. The unit is engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples and offers the option of special diverter blocks for supplying air to secondary locations.
