Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight structure. Installation is simplified as only a screwdriver is needed to connect or disconnect the units, and the interlocking feature allows for easy placement in any location without disturbing existing piping. The kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy component removal, an OSHA lockout slide valve, a filter with a manual drain designed for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water to 40 microns. The air control regulator is equipped with a gauge, and the ultra fog lubricator is engineered with 5 oz. poly bowls that come with guards. The system operates at a maximum of 150 PSI, with an adjustable range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and it accommodates standard size pipe nipples. Optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, ensuring unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
