Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's provide high performance and flexibility within a compact, lightweight design. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination featuring end ports for easy removal of all components. It comes equipped with an OSHA lockout slide valve, a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator is accompanied by a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator are designed with 5 oz. poly bowls that include guards, supporting a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI. The temperature range for operation is between 40°F to 150°F. This system features a unique design that allows for side, top, individual, and custom mounting, with regulator adjustments made through three-position tamper-resistant knobs. Furthermore, it permits installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, and the regulator can be mounted either up or down. Special optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, demonstrating unlimited adaptability to air preparation systems.
