Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connecting or disconnecting units. The interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, and the unique design permits side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs and are engineered to be compatible with standard size pipe nipples. This kit includes a 1/2" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, and a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain designed to remove particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. It also features an air control regulator with gauge and Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator are equipped with 5 oz. poly bowls with guards, and the system operates at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI, within a 5-125 PSI operating range, and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
