Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs provide high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. The insert interlocking feature enables simple installation in any location without disturbing existing piping, allowing for installation or removal from one plane. Regulator mounting can be configured either up or down, while the unique design supports side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are facilitated through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. The system is engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples, and optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The kit includes a 1/4" filter/regulator and lubricator duo combination featuring a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain that removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. It is equipped with an air control regulator with gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics FOG lubricator, both having 6 oz. metal bowls. The unit operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operational range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F-150°F.
