Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. A screwdriver is the only tool required to connect or disconnect units, while an insert interlocking feature allows for straightforward installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. The system supports regulator mounting in either an upward or downward position, and its unique design accommodates side, top, individual, and custom mounting configurations. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. This system is engineered for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples and includes special optional diverter blocks to supply air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The kit includes a 3/8" filter/regulator & lubricator duo combination, featuring a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water, to 40 micron air control regulator with gauge and Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator are equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls, with a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
