The kit includes heavy-duty cutting tools designed for cutting wires and hard obstacles such as lead, battery pins, door bolts, screws, and rivets. The cutting edges are hardened through a thermal-treatment process to extend their useful life. It features forged adjustable jaws and a compound leverage system that provides greater strength with less effort. The jaw adjustment system incorporates a lever and screws for ease of use. Constructed from forged chrome-vanadium steel, the jaws have a hardness of 57 to 59 °RC, while the forged steel handles are designed with structural integrity to ensure great resistance.
