The Steel Door Louver Two Piece 700A2424B features an inverted split "Y" design with a 50% free area, measuring 24" x 24" and finished in bronze. This two-piece louver incorporates two rows of inverted split "Y" blades, utilizing a thru-bolt design suitable for both wood and metal doors. Constructed from 18-gauge cold-rolled steel (CRS) for both the frame and blades, the minimum size for installation is 6" x 4", while the maximum allowable size is 48" x 80", allowing for the combination of multiple sections to create larger sizes. The louver assembly consists of 2 rows of inverted split "Y" blades at 1" intervals, securely attached through interlocking construction to a 3/4" deep welded frame. The frame includes a 1-1/4" trim with mitered and welded corners, and countersunk mounting holes, designed for non-vision construction. The louver frame is installed into the door by means of screws from two sides.
