The VLS - Slimline Vision Lite is designed for 3/16-1/4" glass and features a low-profile beveled design specifically for fire-rated doors. This product includes a self-attaching frame equipped with single-sided fasteners, and it accommodates fire-rated air louvers glazing options such as WS, UL, KFRF, PPF, and Pyro. The fire-rating, testing, and listings indicate that when properly installed in a rated and approved door, it can achieve ratings of up to 3 hours, depending on the glazing utilized; please refer to the glazing ratings for the maximum exposed area. Additionally, it has been tested and listed for UL 10C and meets the criteria of UBC 7-2 positive pressure.
