The 800 series louver features inverted "Y" blades, which are specifically recommended for schools, Class "A" buildings, and institutional structures with non-vision construction, offering four mounting options. Constructed with an 18 gauge cold rolled steel (CRS) frame and 20 gauge blades, this louver accommodates a minimum size of 6" x 4" and a maximum size of 48" x 80". The louvers consist of inverted "Y" blades with 1" blade spacing, which are attached by interlocking construction to a 1" deep, welded frame, designed for non-vision applications. Multiple sections can be combined to create larger sizes. The 800A1 frame incorporates a self-attaching design with 1-1/4" trim and mitered, welded corners. Additionally, screws fasten through the frame into the louver core, ensuring that the corridor side of the frame remains free of fasteners.
