The 800 series louver features inverted "Y" blades, which are recommended for schools, Class "A" buildings, and institutional structures with non-vision construction. This product includes 4 mounting options and is constructed from an 18 gauge cold rolled steel (CRS) frame and 20 gauge blades. The minimum size is 6" x 4" and the maximum size reaches 48" x 80". The louvers are designed with inverted "Y" blades that have a 1" blade spacing, securely attached by interlocking construction to a 1" deep, welded frame. The design is non-vision and allows for multiple sections to be combined for larger assemblies. The 800A1 frame features a self-attaching structure with 1-1/4" trim and mitered, welded corners, while screws fasten through the frame into the louver core, ensuring that the corridor side of the frame remains free of fasteners.
