The 800 series louver features inverted "Y" blades, which are recommended for schools, Class "A," and institutional buildings with non-vision construction, and it offers four mounting options. The material composition includes an 18 gauge CRS frame and 20 gauge blades. The louvers come in a minimum size of 6" x 4" and a maximum size of 48" x 80". The construction consists of inverted "Y" blades with 1" blade spacing attached by interlocking construction to a 1" deep, welded frame, designed for non-vision applications. Additionally, multiple sections can be combined for larger sizes. The 800A1 frame features a self-attaching design with a 1-1/4" trim and mitered, welded corners, while screws fasten through the frame into the louver core, leaving the corridor side of the frame free of fasteners.
