The VLS - Slimline Vision Lite is designed for 3/16-1/4" glass and features a low profile beveled appearance, suitable for fire-rated doors. The self-attaching frame is equipped with single-sided fasteners, ensuring ease of installation. This product includes fire-rated air louvers glazing compatible with WS, UL, KFRF, PPF, and PYRO. When installed in a properly rated and approved door, the system can achieve fire ratings of up to 3 hours, depending on the glazing used, with specific glazing ratings dictating the maximum exposed area. The unit has been tested and listed for UL 10C and meets the criteria of UBC 7-2 positive pressure.
