The Steel Door Louver 800A11812G features inverted "Y" blades, offering 50% free area and dimensions of 18" x 12". This gray primered 800 series louver is specifically designed for schools and Class "A" institutional buildings with non-vision construction, providing four mounting options. Constructed from an 18 gauge CRS frame and 20 gauge blades, the minimum size is 6" x 4", while the maximum size can reach 48" x 80". The louvers consist of inverted "Y" blades with 1" blade spacing, which are secured by interlocking construction to a 1" deep, welded frame, and the design is non-vision. Multiple sections may be combined for larger sizes. The 800A1 frame is a self-attaching frame that features a 1-1/4" trim and mitered and welded corners, with screws fastening through the frame into the louver core, ensuring the corridor side of the frame is free of fasteners.
