The Steel Low Profile Beveled Slimline Vision Lite VSL0818B measures 8" x 18" and features a bronze finish. It is designed for use with 3/16-1/4" glass and serves as a low profile beveled vision lite for fire-rated doors. The self-attaching frame incorporates single-sided fasteners for ease of installation. This product is compatible with fire-rated air louvers glazing such as WS, UL, KFRF, PPF, and PYRO. When installed in properly rated and approved doors, fire ratings of up to 3 hours can be achieved, depending on the glazing used, with specific glazing ratings defining the maximum exposed area. It is tested and listed for compliance with UL 10C and the criteria of UBC 7-2 positive pressure.
