The 800 series louver features inverted "Y" blades, making it suitable for schools, Class "A" and institutional buildings with non-vision construction, and offers four mounting options. Constructed with an 18 gauge CRS frame and 20 gauge blades, the louvers have a minimum size of 6" x 4" and a maximum size of 48" x 80". The design includes inverted "Y" blades with 1" blade spacing that are attached by interlocking construction to a 1" deep, welded frame, ensuring a robust and efficient airflow while maintaining non-vision aesthetics. Additionally, multiple sections can be combined to create larger sizes. The 800A1 frame is a self-attaching frame with a 1-1/4" trim and features mitered and welded corners. Screws fasten through the frame into the louver core, leaving the corridor side of the frame free of fasteners.
