The 800 series louver features inverted "Y" blades that are particularly recommended for schools, Class "A" buildings, and institutional structures with non-vision construction, providing four mounting options. Constructed with an 18 gauge cold rolled steel (CRS) frame and 20 gauge blades, the louvers have a minimum size of 6" x 4" and a maximum size of 48" x 80". The inverted "Y" blades are designed with a 1" blade spacing and are attached through interlocking construction to a 1" deep, welded frame, ensuring a non-vision design. Additionally, multiple sections can be combined to accommodate larger sizes. The 800A1 frame features a self-attaching design with a 1-1/4" trim and mitered, welded corners, and screws fasten through the frame into the louver core while keeping the corridor side of the frame free of fasteners for a clean finish.
