Winter Liner with modacrylic and cotton twill outer shell features flame-resistant, self-extinguishing properties. It has a soft polyester fleece lining for comfort and two layers of insulation. Designed to fit under hard hats with minimal bulk, it includes a hook-and-loop closure for a customizable fit and an elastic strip for a snug forehead fit to retain heat. Small ear pockets hold regular-size hand warmers. Attach four exterior hook-and-loop closures to the hard hat interior for extra security.
