The Sealer Sales YC-Series 24" x 32" L-Bar Sealer is engineered for efficient and quick shrink wrap packaging, capable of cutting and sealing film up to 24" wide, contingent on the specific model. Constructed from durable steel, it offers lasting quality and reliability. The sealing time is adjustable via an electronic timer. Each kit includes a work table with a film separator, twin perforating hole punchers, and a film roller for added convenience. Operation is straightforward: users simply set the timer, insert the product between two layers of centerfold film, and press down on the sealing bar. After sealing, the package is slightly pulled away from the machine, allowing the element wire to seal the edge and cut the film. A heat gun is then applied to shrink the film snugly around the package. The YC-600HL model accommodates a maximum package height of 3.5". To select the appropriate size for any application, it is advised to measure the product's width and height and add 5-10% to determine the minimum width, as well as measure the length and height with the same percentage added for the minimum length. If an exact size is unavailable, a larger size may be utilized since shrink films can shrink up to 40% in all directions.
