The W-Series L-Bar Sealer is designed for efficient and straightforward shrink wrap packaging, allowing operators to produce products that have a factory-fresh appearance. This sealer creates packages that are free from dust, moisture, and fingerprints, regardless of their shape, effectively discouraging tampering and shoplifting. It can seal and cut film up to 20 inches wide with a single step. The durable steel construction ensures longevity and quality performance. The sealing time is managed by an electronic timer, and the unit includes a film roller, twin perforating hole punch, film separator, work table, and an upright heat gun holder. It features an adjustable height work table, enabling the sealing of packages of various heights, and has a heating element positioned on the upper jaw of the sealer for efficient operation. To use, simply set the timer, insert the product between two layers of centerfold film, press down on the sealing bar, and slightly pull the package away to allow the element wire to seal and cut the film. Hot air can then be applied using a heat gun or a shrink tunnel (CN-4520A - Global# B2254513) to shrink the film tightly around the package.
