The W-Series L-Bar sealer is engineered for efficient and straightforward shrink wrap packaging, allowing operators to create products with a polished, factory-fresh appearance while ensuring packages remain free from dust, moisture, and fingerprints, regardless of shape. This system effectively deters tampering and shoplifting, with a sealing and cutting capability for film up to 26 inches wide. Constructed from durable steel, it offers robust performance and longevity, while an electronic timer controls sealing time for precision. The unit includes a film roller, twin perforating hole punch, film separator, work table, and an upright heat gun holder. Easy operation is facilitated by setting the timer, inserting the product between two layers of centerfold film, and pressing down on the sealing bar, followed by slightly pulling the package away to allow the element wire to seal and cut the film. To achieve a tight shrink, hot air can be applied using a heat gun or a shrink tunnel (CN-4520A - Global# B2254513). The adjustable height work table accommodates sealing packages of various heights, and the heating element is positioned on the upper jaw of the sealer. This product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months.
