Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid is a green seal certified griddle cleaner designed to quickly loosen burnt-on food, carbonized grease, and food soil on hot griddles between 300 to 350 Fahrenheit. It uses a three-step system of squirt, scour, and squeegee to clean commercial flat top griddles in 3 to 5 minutes while still hot. The formulation is free of caustic soda and strong chemical odors, made with ingredients generally recognized as safe by the US FDA, suitable for food-contact surfaces. Comes in a Carton of 4.
