Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid 701 is a clear liquid cleaner designed for hot commercial griddles operating between 300 and 350 Fahrenheit. It quickly loosens burnt-on food, carbonized grease, and food soil for easy removal using a three-step system: squirt, scour, squeegee. The formulation is free of caustic soda, has minimal chemical odor, and contains ingredients recognized as safe by the U.S. FDA. This Green Seal certified product is safe for use on food-contact surfaces and reduces cleaning time to 3 to 5 minutes while the griddle is still hot.
