Bulls Eye 1-2-3 White Primer is a 13-ounce water-based wall primer and sealer suitable for interior and exterior use. It features a low odor, flexible acrylic formula that blocks stains, seals graffiti and tannin bleed, and provides mold and mildew resistance. This versatile primer bonds to all surfaces without sanding and inhibits rust. It can be applied to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, and railings. The primer dries in 1 hour and can be applied in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
