The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is designed with 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, offering a versatile solution for handling a variety of products within your facility, particularly suitable for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor features 6"H side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement and a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. Permanent adjustable leg supports allow for height adjustments from 34" to 38" for convenience, and it operates at a standard belt speed of 60 FPM with a non-reversing mechanism. The conveyor is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, and includes an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers equipped with pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Options such as reversible conveyors, replacement parts, a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for added flexibility, and horsepower upgrades for increased capacity are available. The load capacity is uniformly distributed over the length, with standard and optional horsepower ratings: 1/2 HP (standard) supports 250 lbs for a 12"W belt and 160 lbs for a 20" - 24"W belt; 3/4 HP (optional) supports 500 lbs for a 12"W belt and 390 lbs for a 20" - 24"W belt; and 1 HP (optional) for increased capacity.
